1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Forkbomb B.V. (“Forkbomb”, “we”, “our”, “us”) governing the use of the Credimi platform, associated services, hosted infrastructure, automation systems, APIs, orchestration tooling, and related software components (“Credimi”, “Software”, “Service”).

By accessing or using Credimi, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

2.1 Open Source Components

Parts of Credimi are released as open source under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0).

These components are governed by the terms of the AGPL-3.0 license available at:

https://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.html

You may use, modify, and redistribute such components in accordance with the AGPL-3.0 license.

2.2 Proprietary Components

Certain components, services, infrastructure systems, orchestration technologies, integrations, and operational tooling associated with Credimi are proprietary and are not released under AGPL-3.0.

These proprietary components may include, but are not limited to:

  • mobile automation infrastructure
  • distributed execution systems
  • Android emulator environments
  • Redroid-based infrastructure
  • orchestration backends
  • cloud execution environments
  • deployment tooling
  • device farms
  • enterprise integrations
  • monitoring and telemetry systems
  • provisioning systems
  • commercial extensions
  • hosted APIs and operational services

Forkbomb B.V. retains all rights, title, and interest in such proprietary components.

No license is granted to reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit proprietary hosted infrastructure or operational systems unless explicitly authorized in writing by Forkbomb B.V.

Hosted credimi.io deployments and self-hosted/on-premise deployments may operate under different commercial terms, licensing terms, operational policies, or support agreements.

3. User-Generated Content

Users may upload, create, store, publish, or share content, data, configurations, automation flows, scripts, applications, binaries, graphics, metadata, and other materials (“User Content”) through Credimi.

Users retain ownership of their User Content unless otherwise stated in this Agreement (see paragraph about Automation and Integration Content Licensing.)

Forkbomb B.V. reserves the right to remove, disable, restrict, or delete User Content that it deems inappropriate, abusive, unlawful, malicious, harmful, or operationally risky, with or without prior notice.

3.1 Automation and Integration Content Licensing

Users may upload, create, store, publish, or share automation definitions, workflows, scripts, configuration files, orchestration pipelines, interoperability tests, and similar technical content (“Automation Content”) through Credimi.

Automation Content includes, but is not limited to:

  • StepCI YAML definitions
  • Maestro flows
  • interoperability testing definitions
  • orchestration pipelines
  • CI/CD configurations
  • API integration definitions
  • future scripting or automation formats supported by Credimi

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Automation Content uploaded to the hosted credimi.io platform is licensed under the Apache License 2.0.

By uploading Automation Content to Credimi, the User grants Forkbomb B.V. and all users of the Credimi platform a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, publicly display, and create derivative works from such content.

Users retain copyright ownership of their Automation Content.

The Apache License 2.0 text is available at:

This section applies exclusively to Automation Content and does not apply to uploaded binaries, APKs, IPA files, trademarks, logos, branding materials, screenshots, documentation, or other media assets, which remain the property of their respective owners.

Self-hosted or on-premise deployments of Credimi may define alternative policies for user-generated Automation Content.

3.2 Uploaded Applications and Third-Party Assets

Users may upload applications, binaries, installers, graphics, trademarks, logos, screenshots, metadata, or similar assets to Credimi.

Users represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights to upload and use such assets.

Forkbomb B.V. does not claim ownership over uploaded third-party assets.

Users remain solely responsible for:

  • intellectual property rights
  • licensing compliance
  • distribution rights
  • legality of uploaded assets

Forkbomb B.V. reserves the right to remove uploaded assets at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

4. Abuse, Malicious Activity, and Security Enforcement

Users may not use Credimi to:

  • perform unauthorized security testing
  • distribute malware or malicious payloads
  • perform phishing or credential harvesting
  • abuse third-party services
  • interfere with platform operations
  • bypass platform limitations or quotas
  • execute unlawful or harmful automation workflows
  • upload malicious applications or binaries
  • misuse interoperability or certification environments

Forkbomb B.V. reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove, investigate, terminate, or permanently ban accounts, projects, automation flows, uploaded assets, or subscriptions at any time and without prior notice if platform activity or uploaded content is suspected to be malicious, abusive, unlawful, harmful, or operationally risky.

Forkbomb B.V. may also remove or disable workflows, integrations, binaries, or automation content that present security, operational, legal, or reputational risks.

5. Free Plan – Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software and services made available under the Free Plan are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Forkbomb B.V. expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • merchantability
  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • non-infringement
  • availability
  • reliability
  • operational continuity
  • security against unauthorized access, breaches, or data loss
  • correctness of automation flows or interoperability tests

Use of the Free Plan is entirely at the User’s own risk.

6. Paid Plans and Enterprise Services

Forkbomb B.V. may offer paid subscription plans, enterprise agreements, support contracts, or hosted services.

Specific warranties, support levels, service-level agreements (SLAs), liability limitations, and commercial terms applicable to paid plans may be defined separately.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, all liability limitations and disclaimers contained in this Agreement remain applicable.

7. No Certification or Compliance Guarantee

Credimi provides tooling, automation, orchestration, testing infrastructure, interoperability assistance, and certification-related tooling.

Forkbomb B.V. does not guarantee that:

  • credentials will be accepted by third parties
  • interoperability tests will succeed
  • OpenID or EUDI compliance will be achieved
  • certifications will be granted
  • third-party APIs will remain compatible
  • automation flows will function consistently
  • mobile automation will behave identically across devices or operating system versions
  • external certification environments will remain available or unchanged

Users remain solely responsible for validating, auditing, certifying, deploying, and operating their own systems and integrations.

8. Third-Party Services

Certain Credimi features may interact with third-party services, APIs, certification environments, or interoperability platforms.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • OpenID Conformance Test Suite
  • cloud messaging services
  • mobile automation tooling
  • external APIs
  • interoperability environments

Forkbomb B.V. is not responsible for:

  • availability of third-party services
  • outages or interruptions caused by external systems
  • data handling performed by third parties
  • protocol or API changes introduced by third parties
  • failures caused by third-party infrastructure

Use of third-party services may additionally be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.

9. Experimental Features

Section titled “9. Experimental Features”

Certain Credimi features may be marked as experimental, beta, preview, research, or early-access.

Such features:

  • may be unstable
  • may change without notice
  • may be discontinued at any time
  • may not be suitable for production use
  • may have reduced reliability or security guarantees

Users access experimental features entirely at their own risk.

10. AI-Generated Content

Credimi may include features that generate or assist in generating automation flows, scripts, configurations, or other technical content using artificial intelligence systems.

Forkbomb B.V. does not guarantee the correctness, security, legality, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, auditing, validating, and approving generated content before use.

11. Support

Support for Free Plan users is provided on a best-effort basis through the following channels:

No guaranteed response time or support level is provided for Free Plan users.

Paid plans may include separate support agreements.

12. Termination

Section titled “12. Termination”

Forkbomb B.V. may terminate or suspend access to Credimi at any time, with or without notice, if a User violates this Agreement or engages in activity deemed harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination:

  • access to Credimi may be revoked immediately
  • User Content may be removed
  • subscriptions may be cancelled
  • automation flows may be disabled

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forkbomb B.V. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • use or inability to use Credimi
  • failed credential issuance
  • failed interoperability tests
  • revoked credentials or certificates
  • automation failures
  • mobile device inconsistencies
  • emulator instability
  • third-party API failures
  • security incidents
  • data loss
  • service interruptions

This limitation applies even if Forkbomb B.V. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

15. Changes to This Agreement

Forkbomb B.V. reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time.

Material changes may be communicated through the platform, repository, website, or via email.

Continued use of Credimi after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
