1. Introduction ​

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Forkbomb B.V. ("Forkbomb", "we", "our", "us") governing the use of the Credimi Dashboard software and associated services ("Credimi", "Software", "Service").

By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant ​

2.1 Open Source Components ​

Parts of the Software are released as open source under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). These components are clearly identified in the source code and are governed by the terms of the AGPL-3.0 license, available at:

You are free to use, modify, and redistribute these components in accordance with that license.

2.2 Proprietary Components ​

All other parts of the Software that are not explicitly released under AGPL-3.0 are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of Forkbomb B.V. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these components solely for their intended purpose and in accordance with this Agreement.

3. User-Generated Content ​

By using the Software, you may submit content, data, or configurations ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Forkbomb B.V. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content for the purposes of providing and improving the Service.

Forkbomb reserves the right to remove or delete any User Content that it deems inappropriate, illegal, abusive, or harmful — without prior notice.

4. Free Plan – Disclaimer of Warranty ​

The Software made available under the Free Plan is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forkbomb B.V. disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy, reliability, availability, or completeness of the Service
  • Security of the Service, including protection against unauthorized access, data loss, or breaches

Use of the Free Plan is entirely at your own risk.

5. Paid Plans – Coming Soon ​

Forkbomb B.V. intends to offer paid subscription plans in the future. These plans may include additional features, service levels, and warranties. Specific terms and conditions for paid plans will be outlined in a separate section of this Agreement as soon as those services become available.

Support for Free Plan users is provided on a best-effort basis via the following channels:

7. Termination ​

Forkbomb B.V. may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Software and access any related services will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability ​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forkbomb B.V. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software or related services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law ​

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

10. Changes to This Agreement ​

We reserve the right to modify or update this EULA at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
